This minimalist necklace is inspired by the poem, "Grow," from my book "Meeting Me: Poems of Hope, Truth, and Transformation" (also available in the shop).
ABOUT THIS PIECE- Features a subtle floral, 18k gold plated, small rectangle pendant on extra dainty matte gold plated chain that closes with a lobster clasp.
- Pendant: 1/2" long

- The necklace comes displayed on a small, original poem print that's just under 4x6", and the combination of the necklace and print makes this the perfect meaningful gift.
TEXT
I’m tired of the broken and
The blooming all at once.
The thing with flowers is they just grow—
They bloom, though slow, and make it known
That they are flowers.
I’m clearly not a flower,
For every time I think a bloom is near,
I break again.
Is that the thing with people?
We’re walking contradictions,
Constantly backtracking,
Crawling, sprinting,
Growing, losing, winning,
Blooming ...
Breaking?
The lilies of the field are sown and loved
But fade so fast.
The Sower must love us that much more
To let us bloom and live and grow
And break and bloom again.
We’re just growing.
