      TAXES
      All North Carolina purchases will be charged sales tax, either 6.75%, 7%, 7.25%, or 7.5% based on your county. Other states also now charge tax on online purchases.

      INTERNATIONAL
      Please note that any International customs, duty, tax, and VAT fees will be the buyer's responsibility.

      S H I P P I N G

      TURNAROUND
      • Ready to ship: 1-3 business days | Custom orders: 1-3 weeks
      • Be sure to check individual listings for projected ship times and contact me with any questions.

      DOMESTIC
      • I ship via USPS Monday-Friday; please be aware of postal holidays and weekends when purchasing.
      • For most items, you can choose First Class Mail (3-5 business days) or Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at checkout.

      INTERNATIONAL
      Sent by First Class International (about 2-6 weeks, more often 1-2). Any customs, duty, and tax fees will be the buyer's responsibility and are in addition to shipping costs.

      RETURNS
      Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
      Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
      Once approved for return, items must be mailed back in unused, original condition and return shipped with a tracking number in the original packaging at the buyer's cost; only the cost of the item and not of the initial shipping fee will be refunded. The refund will be issued once the item is received back, which can take several days to process.
      Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following are not returnable/refundable:
        • Custom or personalized orders
        • Digital downloads
        • Items on clearance
        • International Orders
        • Mystery Boxes
        CANCELLATIONS

        Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

        EXCHANGES
        Exchanges cannot be made, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

        CUSTOM ORDERS

        All custom orders will need to be purchased before supplies are ordered/work begins. After we have completed discussing your item, I will send you a link to your purchase, which I will then make and ship out once you have purchased it.

        Please know that I am very careful with my photos and descriptions, so please check those carefully when purchasing. Also, note that colors tend to vary from screen to screen, so be sure to read color descriptions carefully and feel free to message me with any questions you may have before buying.
